Who we are
This website is run by Waywest Design Ltd, a web design and branding studio at 55 St Paul’s Street, Leeds LS1 2TE. We are registered at Companies House under number 14389833 and our VAT number is GB500729519. When these terms say we, us or our, that is who they mean.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read and share anything on this site. All we ask is that you use it lawfully and do not try to break it, overload it or interfere with how it works.
Our content
The text, images, logos and code on this site belong to us, or to the clients and licensors who let us show their work. You can link to any page you like. If you want to reuse something, ask first and we will usually say yes.
Quotes and client work
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges, not fixed offers. A quote becomes binding once we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted it.
Design and build projects are covered by their own written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms overlap, the project agreement wins for that work.
Links to other sites
We link out to clients, tools and review platforms. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Accuracy
We keep this site up to date as best we can, but we cannot promise every page is free of errors at every moment. Content here is general information, not advice for your specific situation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of England and Wales.
