The Challenge
William already had a strong brand and a clear direction for how the site should feel, professional, polished, and clinical. The challenge was turning that into a website that flows properly and answers the questions patients actually have, without making them work for it. He also wanted the site to support long term growth, so the structure and content needed to be built in a way that search engines can understand and reward over time.
The Solution
We kept William’s existing branding and built a custom front end on WordPress, so we could design the layout properly rather than forcing everything into a generic template. From the homepage down, we focused on clear hierarchy, confident headings, and a smooth user journey that takes people from first impression to contact without friction.
We created a full set of treatment and procedure pages, written and structured to be genuinely useful for patients, while also setting up strong foundations for SEO. We also built a dedicated FAQs section, giving patients straightforward answers in one place, and helping reduce repeat questions before enquiries.
On the technical side, we integrated the Doctify widgets, contact form, maps, and Google Analytics, so William has social proof built into the experience and clear visibility on how the site is performing from day one.
Now the site is launched, we’re working with William on a monthly basis to improve search visibility, strengthen rankings for the right services, and turn that into consistent enquiries over time.
The Results
William now has a live website that matches his brand, feels premium, and explains his services clearly. Patients can quickly understand what he offers, browse relevant procedures, find answers in the FAQs, and get in touch easily. The site is also set up properly for ongoing growth, with analytics in place and a monthly SEO plan already underway to build momentum after launch.
