The Challenge
Nakisa had a strong concept for Well4U Start, but it needed a clear, confident website that schools, trusts and youth settings could understand quickly. The site had to explain the toolkit without overloading people, keep the tone friendly and game-led, and still feel credible for partners and decision makers.
We also needed to take the initial branding and turn it into a full digital system, colours, typography, spacing and a consistent set of custom icons. On top of that, the site had to be practical, with a smooth enrolment journey, a simple contact route and accessibility and mobile usability built in from the start.
The Solution
We built a clean, scroll-friendly website that tells the story about Well4U; who it is for, how sessions work, why it works and how to start. We expanded the brand across the whole site with a tighter colour palette, clear type hierarchy and custom icon set so everything feels joined up.
We created the interactive Trial Play experience so people can test the kit digitally, making the idea click in seconds and supporting partner conversations without needing the physical kit in hand. We also built a multi-step enrolment form and a simpler contact form with on-brand validation and confirmation emails, plus careful accessibility decisions, such as readable contrast, clear focus states, sensible tap targets, and consistent layouts across mobile.
The Results
Well4U Start now has a website that feels fun and professional at the same time, and it guides people to the next step without confusion. The interactive Trial Play gives the project a standout feature that helps explain the product quickly and makes it easier to share with partners.
The forms and emails keep the admin tidy and ensure enquiries arrive with the right detail, and the site structure supports future growth, adding more content, planned photo and video shoots and the next phase where we turn the digital experience into an app. Overall, it is a solid platform that sells the concept clearly today and gives Nakisa room to scale it properly over the next 12 months.
The Feedback
“Working with Jack at Waywest Design has honestly been such a brilliant experience. From the very beginning, he really understood the vision behind Well4U and cared about what we’re trying to achieve, which made the whole process feel collaborative rather than just transactional.
He didn’t just “build a website” he helped bring the whole idea to life in a way that feels engaging, intuitive, and genuinely impactful for young people. The gamified features he created add so much value and make the platform feel interactive and motivating rather than just another digital tool.
What I appreciated most was how easy he was to work with. He listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and always found solutions that improved the user experience without overcomplicating anything. It felt like he was just as invested in making Well4U the best it could be as I am.
I’m genuinely so proud of what we’ve created together, and I would 100% recommend Jack and Waywest Design to anyone looking for someone who is creative, reliable, and actually cares about the purpose behind what I created.”
