The Challenge
Mr Christopher West is a UK-trained consultant plastic surgeon with clinics in York and Leeds. Specialising in advanced deep plane facelift techniques, he is one of only a few surgeons in the country offering this level of facial work. With growing recognition, including an appearance on the BBC’s Saving Lives in Leeds, Chris needed an online presence that reflected his expertise, reputation and high standard of care. This would be his first website, so it had to do everything; inform, reassure, educate and attract the right kind of client – all while standing out in a competitive market.
The Solution
We worked closely with Chris and his branding partner to shape the full digital identity of his private practice. Starting from the new logo, we built a clean, modern design system including typography, colour palette and layout style. The goal was to create something confident, understated and elegant; a look that felt premium without being flashy. We produced original content through multiple photo and video shoots at both clinic locations, giving the site a natural, personal feel. The website was structured to support future growth, with key pages on facelifts, anatomy, procedures, gallery, and enquiry.
The Results
The new site launched in August 2025, giving Chris a platform that showcases the quality of his work. It’s already drawing attention from clients and peers across the UK and provides a solid foundation for future expansion, including patient education and global search visibility. With a clear identity, engaging content and a strong structure, Mr Christopher West now has a brand and website built to grow with him.
