The challenge

Rebecca Rollett is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Leeds. Her work had grown into three separate brands: Rebecca Rollett, The Yorkshire Aesthetics Clinic and The Yorkshire Scar Clinic.

Each one did a different job, but nothing on any of the sites said how they fitted together. Patients landed on the wrong brand, could not tell where their appointment would happen, and often never reached the right treatment page at all.

Rebecca’s own credentials were the biggest casualty. Twenty years of surgical experience sat behind two clinic names instead of in front of them.

Search had the same problem in reverse. Three websites covering overlapping treatments meant her own pages competing against each other for the same terms, so authority was split three ways instead of building in one place. On top of that the old site was managed by Yell, on a domain and hosting setup Rebecca did not control.

What we delivered

Rather than merge everything into one large website, we built a hub and spoke. Rebecca sits at the centre as the surgeon and the authority. The two clinics sit beneath her, each with its own territory, its own patients and its own keywords.

Digital strategy

A hub and spoke structure across all three brands, with one job each and no overlap.

Website design

An editorial design built on large photography, fine typography and a lot of white space.

WordPress build

Hand-built pages, mobile first, quick to load and simple for the practice to update.

Page structure

Every page planned and named before design started, then a navigation rebuilt to match.

Patient routes

Surgery, scar care and aesthetics mapped end to end, so nobody lands on the wrong brand.

Copy and content

Treatment content planned and written around what patients actually ask before booking.

SEO strategy

Keywords split across the three sites so they stop competing and start supporting each other.

Cross-site linking

A linking plan that connects the three brands without duplicating a single page of content.

Domain move

The site taken off the previous Yell-managed setup, with the domain back in Rebecca’s hands.

Google set-up

Analytics and Search Console wired in from launch, with conversions defined up front.

Care plan

Updates, backups, security and content changes handled every month since launch.

Room to grow

Built to take new treatments, more consultants, extra locations and a shop without a rebuild.

The results

The site went live at rebeccarollett.co.uk in March 2026. Three websites that used to work against each other now work as one group.

Rebecca sits at the centre of it. Her experience, credentials, locations and surgical work lead, and the two clinics sit underneath as specialists rather than competitors.

Patients get a route that makes sense. Surgery, scar treatment and aesthetics each have a home, so people reach the right page instead of guessing between three brands.

Google gets the same benefit. Each site now covers its own ground, so the pages stopped competing on the same terms and started building in one place.

The domain and hosting are back under Rebecca’s control, tracking runs from day one, and the structure takes new treatments, consultants, locations or a shop without needing another rebuild.
