How we redesigned a property investment website to increase sales | KO Estates

We created a Property Investment Web Design for KO Estates, who specialises in sourcing investment properties to help their clients to maximise their investment potential and get the best possible returns. Their industry knowledge and relationships with local agents gives them an advantage that we pass on to their clients.

The client required the ability for customers to place deposits on properties, sign up for membership groups, as well as download brochures. The new website is easy does not only have great UX/UI design for the customer, but also for the client to login and manage all aspects of the site in one place. The website is responsive and SEO optimised – since  site going live, the client has seen a large increase in traffic and and sales.

Website Design & Development

We created a brand new website for Katie featuring all about her business, a place for clients to put deposits down on properties, as well as a full membership and portal section.

Responsive Design

The website is fully responsive which works on all devices; phones, tablets and desktop.

CMS

We included a user-friendly content management system for the client log-in and add new property investment opportunities, they also have the ability to manage their customer data, check contact form requests, send newsletters and more.

SEO

We always include full on-site SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) with our websites. This means that the website is built with top industry standard SEO & Google Practices, so that it's in the best shape possible to reach the top of search results.
We also integrated a Facebook pixel in order for the client to utilise Social Media Marketing.

We went down to Katies office and shot some awesome photos and videos where she explains the ins and outs of her business which is great content for her website and socials.
