New website and branding for Law Firm Solutions
A new website for the legal directory specialists trusted by law firms in more than 100 jurisdictions.
The challenge
Law Firm Solutions has spent 20 years getting law firms ranked in Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000. Their client list includes global names like Dentons and leading national firms across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Their old website told none of that story. It sat on a separate domain, the design had fallen behind the standard of the firms they work with and there was nowhere to show rankings results or the directory deadlines their clients plan around.
The move also had to happen without disruption. A new domain, new email addresses for a team of nine and a live client base who needed the old addresses working every day.

Design and build
A full website design and WordPress build, with hand-coded pages in the LFS navy and orange.
Brand redesign
A full redesign of the LFS brand: refreshed logo, navy and orange palette and typography.

Logo files, colours and usage guidance in one pack, ready for print and digital.
Live deadlines banner
A self-sorting Upcoming Dates banner running from a database of more than 4,000 directory dates.
Six directory pages
Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000 and more, each with its own page and levels of service.
Results and reviews page
Rankings results and reviews from six client firms, including Dentons and PotamitisVekris.
Team and biographies
A team page with full biographies, backed by a resources section for articles and guides.
LinkedIn graphics
Branded LinkedIn graphics for the launch and ongoing posts, matched to the new identity.
Stock image research
A researched library of imagery supplied for the site, socials and future campaigns.
Domain move
A new domain and staged launch, so the site went live without waiting for the mailboxes.
Google set-up
Analytics and Search Console wired in from day one, tracking every visit from launch.
Email migration
Nine mailboxes moved to Microsoft 365 with the firm’s IT provider, without a day of downtime.
The results
The site went live at lawfirmsolutions.co.uk in July 2026 with every page tested, indexed and loading quickly on mobile and desktop.
The deadlines banner now looks after itself. The LFS team publish a new date in about 30 seconds from the WordPress dashboard and expired deadlines remove themselves overnight.
Reviews from firms including Dentons and PotamitisVekris now sit on the results page, backed by the numbers: 100+ jurisdictions covered and 273+ ranking increases for clients in the last 12 months.
Email moved to Microsoft 365 without a day of downtime on the old addresses, and the whole site is tracked in Analytics and Search Console from launch.
